Beginners Acrylic Course
This course is a ten week course for beginner level learners and is structured to develop their skills and understanding of all the different techniques that can be used with acrylic and to explore it versatility.
It will cover equipment and its uses, paint mixing, under drawing, under painting, transparent, opaque and textured methods, impasto, blending, using a palette knife.
Each week we will paint a study using different methods,
Still life and Landscape will be the main subjects painted. Fee for Beginners Acrylic: £140*

White. Palette Knives;
2 inch Flat Brush ( household decorating brush) 3 sizes of Flat
Bristlewhite Brushes, 3 sizes of Bristlewhite Round Brushes, a No 4 round and 1 No detail brush, 1 Bristlewhite Fan brush ;
Palette or tear off paper palettes;
Acrylic Paper A3/A2 size;
Masking Tape.

Beginners Acrylic Taster Workshop
I recentley attended the 'Acrylics one day taster course' which I would highly recommend. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole day, including the tasty informal lunch. The tuition from Sean was 'non-threatening' and he made me feel very relaxed which helped me to be more adventures with the techniques he demonsrated. This included using a selection of acrylic paints, papers, canvas, brushes and tools. I took home three paintings which are now proudly displayed in my house and are admired by my family and friends.
