Portraits
Portraits can be created of either people or pets. A unique record of family members, pets or even a friend make a great gift.
Pencil
Each pencil portrait is created using a selection of soft graphite sticks and pencils carefully and gradually blended with a soft cloth and putty rubber, building up layers of tone to form a stunning likeness.

Watercolour
I can create portraits in watercolour whether it is a family pet or family member. a remarkable likeness is acheived in vibrant full colour.

Acrylic
Why not have your favorite pet or a family member capture on canvas painted in acrylic. Painted in an opaque style using brush or palette knife. They make a great taking point in any room.
Acrylic Portrait Price - 24 x 18 one subject £350.00 The portrait sits comfortably within an A3 dimension. The most common pose is head and shoulders of the subject.
Reference Material
The portraits are created using a selection of photos* A particular pose should be highlighted, I require a selection of images to help construct the portrait and for details such as eyes.
Images (click here) need to be clear and sharpe and close up, preferably focusing on head and shoulders filling the print area. Please try to avoid photographs with red eye as tis will obscure detailling. Images can be supplied as high quality prints or a digital images of high resolution with jpeg compression.
*NB. We reserve the right to refuse a commision on grounds of unsuitable reference material being supplied.
